Registering Internet Access for the first time
Investor Participant is required to register an exclusive Internet User ID and Internet User Password for accessing to the CCASS Internet System.
Below describes the step-by-step registration procedures to the CCASS Internet System:
Step 1 Click 'New user registration' to perform the registration
It is important to read the 'Terms of Use' carefully to understand the liabilities and obligations of both parties.
After reading the 'Terms of Use', click ' I AGREE' to proceed
Step 2 Select the type of Investor Account for registration (either Individual/Joint or Corporate)
Step 3.1 Input the CCASS Phone User ID (Primary)
Individual / Joint Investor Participant who has opened more than one Investor Account is required to assign one of the CCASS Phone User ID as CCASS Phone User ID (Primary), and input at most three Associated CCASS Phone User IDs, which will be operated by the same Internet User ID and Internet User Password.
3.2 Input the HKID number or CI number for Corporate Investor Participant
3.3 Input an exclusive Internet User ID
3.4 Input an exclusive Internet User Password
3.5 Re-input the Internet User Password and press 'Submit' button
Step 4 Input CCASS Phone Password (Primary) and press the 'Confirm' button
Operating the Investor Account(s) via the CCASS Internet System
After successful registration, Investor Participant will then be able to operate the Investor Account(s) via the CCASS Internet System. Below describes the normal login procedures of CCASS Internet System:
Step 1 Click 'Login' under Internet ID User
Step 2 Input Internet User ID and Internet User Password and click 'Enter' button
Step 3 Select the Investor Account
Reset Password Procedure
Investor Participants may need to reset their Internet User Passwords if they have forgotten them or their passwords are revoked by CCASS Internet System resulting from 3 invalid inputs.
Investor Participants are required to complete and submit a 'Request Form for Resetting a Password' to our Customer Service Centre by mail to reset the passwords. The process will normally take 3 working days.
